Retrospective customer points are a great way to entice existing customers to join your Galanta club.
Your customers are separated into “Active” and “Pending statuses”, Active customers are currently part of your club and can access their points and claim rewards. Pending customers have made purchases and accrued points but not yet joined your Club. Once they join your club, they will be able to access their points.
You can increase the rate of customer uptake by setting up an automation that sends customers an email with their pending points after they have made a purchase.
Navigate to the “Automation” tab and select “Create Automation”
Select “Customer Points” and enter an optional message that customers will see on the email
Click “Create” and your automation is ready to be sent out to pending customers after they make a purchase
