Your report section has 5 categories:

  • Gender
  • Age
  • Location
  • Occupation
  • Total views from Galanta users

Within each category, you will be able to monitor specific customer activity such as spending, and rewards used.


How to use reports correctly.
The purpose of reports is so that you as a business owner can make data driven decisions for your business. By tracking specific campaign activity by demographic, you can check out which reward or sale is doing best for each one.
