Navigating the side menu 

On the sidebar you can access the following functionalities which we’ll cover in more detail in separate articles:

 

Customers: Here you’ll be able to view the customers that are a part of your program, through this page you're able to:

  • View pending and active status customers and their points balance - Pending refers to customers that have shopped but not yet joined your club
  • Remove customers from your club - click on the "view" button
  • View customers order history - click on the "orders" button
  • View a record of customers points - click "points"
  • Update a customers points balance - click "edit"

 

 

Communications: On this page you’ll be able to view and send communication, polls and surveys directly to your customers' smartphone.

My club: You can set up your rewards program through this section, once your program is created you’ll be able to add new rewards for customers to work towards and manage your points system to increase customer spending.

Automations: Easily set up automated messages and bonus points to be sent out to customers on special days such as their birthday, anniversary, valentines day etc. You can also set up incentivized surveys to be sent out to customers as soon as they make a purchase.

Reporting: Lets you track your customers and their spending habits broken down by demographics.
